Unique New Dining on Celebrity Eclipse
Unique New Dining Venue to be offered on Celebrity Eclipse Alas, the one and only Jaques Van Staden, Vice President of Culinary Operations since 2007,  has come up with yet another new specialty restaurant concept called "Qsine". Guests on the soon to debut Celebrity Cruise ship Eclipse will now be able to delight in tasting small-plate food in a unique and playful presentation. So says the brainchild of this "unordinary" dining experience and I have to agree after going over the menu. Jaques came up with this idea of creating an interactive experience in the new 82 guest Qsine restaurant and his creativity has been overflowing ever since.
